New Name...Same Great Product!!
 American Rubber Technologies, headquartered in Jacksonville, FL, is quickly expanding to meet the needs of our customers. As of April 1, 2005, ART proudly completed their new production facility in Sealy, TX (just west of Houston). However, due to the unavailability of marketing rights to the name PERMA-FLEX in Texas, we were faced with the challenge of renaming our equestrian product to fit both regions.
Thanks to a wonderfully seasoned staff, as well as an exceedingly supportive customer base, we are proud to introduce to you a great new name for the same great product....PRECISION EQ. As industry leaders, ART remains committed to bringing our customers the finest quality products...and our new name has brought about a whole new enthusiasm!
